Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to Services Walay. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Services Walay website, services, site-visit booking system, and any related communication or project services.

By accessing our website, booking a site visit, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Services Walay

Services Walay provides construction, renovation, interior and exterior, woodwork, carpentry, aluminium and glass, metalwork, décor, repair, and related property improvement services in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and surrounding areas.

The information presented on this website is provided for general information and service-enquiry purposes. Specific project requirements, pricing, materials, timelines, and scope of work may vary depending on the property and customer requirements.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Services and Service Information

Services Walay offers various construction, renovation, interior, exterior, repair, and related services.

Our website may contain descriptions, photographs, videos, examples, estimated information, and project references. These materials are intended to demonstrate the nature and quality of our work but may not represent the exact result, materials, dimensions, finishes, or specifications of every project.

Actual project results may vary depending on:

  • Property conditions

  • Site dimensions

  • Existing structures

  • Material availability

  • Customer-selected materials and finishes

  • Design requirements

  • Structural conditions

  • Site accessibility

  • Weather and other external circumstances

Final project specifications will be determined through consultation, site assessment, quotation, and written approval where applicable.

4. Site Visit Booking

Customers may request or book a site visit through our website and booking system.

A site visit allows our team to understand the customer’s requirements, inspect relevant site conditions, discuss possible solutions, and gather information necessary for preparing a quotation or proposal.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically mean that a project contract has been formed.

A project will only proceed after the scope of work, quotation, pricing, requirements, and other applicable terms have been agreed upon.

5. Site Visit Fee

The standard site visit fee is:

Site Visit Fee: Rs. 1,500

The applicable fee may be subject to change depending on location, distance, project requirements, or other circumstances. Any applicable variation will be communicated to the customer before the visit where reasonably possible.

Payment of a site visit fee does not constitute approval of a project quotation or guarantee that the customer must proceed with Services Walay.

6. Booking Confirmation

A site visit booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking information has been successfully submitted and, where applicable, confirmed by Services Walay.

We may contact the customer using the provided phone number, email address, or other contact information to verify the booking or discuss scheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule a site visit due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, weather, access issues, or other operational reasons.

7. Customer Responsibilities for Site Visits

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Property location

  • Contact details

  • Type of project

  • Required service

  • Relevant site conditions

  • Access arrangements

The customer should ensure that our representative can safely access the relevant areas of the property at the agreed time.

If access to the property is unavailable or the information provided is materially incorrect, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

8. Rescheduling

Customers who need to change their site visit appointment should contact Services Walay as early as possible.

Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

Repeated rescheduling, late changes, or failure to provide access to the property may affect the availability of future appointments and may result in an additional site visit fee where applicable.

9. Cancellation and No-Show

If a customer cannot attend or provide access for a scheduled site visit, they should notify Services Walay as soon as possible.

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without reasonable notice may be treated as a no-show.

Any refund, adjustment, or transfer of a site visit fee will be handled according to the applicable booking or cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

10. Quotations and Estimates

Any quotation or estimate provided by Services Walay is based on the information available at the time of preparation.

A quotation may depend on:

  • Site measurements

  • Customer requirements

  • Selected materials

  • Design specifications

  • Labour requirements

  • Existing site conditions

  • Accessibility

  • Market prices

  • Availability of materials

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are not intended to remain valid indefinitely.

The final project price may change if the customer changes the scope of work, materials, design, dimensions, or other project requirements.

11. Changes to Project Requirements

Customers may request changes to the agreed project scope.

Additional work, upgraded materials, design changes, additional quantities, or other modifications may result in additional costs and changes to the project timeline.

Where reasonably possible, changes and associated costs will be communicated to the customer before the additional work is carried out.

12. Project Approval

Before major project work begins, the customer may be required to approve the relevant quotation, scope of work, design, materials, specifications, or other project details.

Approval may be provided through written communication, electronic confirmation, signed documentation, or another agreed method.

Once the project has been approved and work or material procurement has commenced, cancellation or modification may result in costs being payable by the customer.

13. Project Timelines

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe communicated to the customer.

However, project timelines may be affected by:

  • Changes requested by the customer

  • Material availability

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Site access

  • Unexpected structural conditions

  • Third-party work

  • Government or authority requirements

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Any stated completion date should therefore be considered an estimated timeframe unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

14. Materials

Materials used in a project will depend on the approved quotation, specifications, availability, and customer requirements.

Where a specific brand, model, finish, colour, or material has been agreed, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed specification.

If a specified material becomes unavailable, discontinued, or substantially changes in price, an alternative may be proposed for customer approval where appropriate.

Natural materials and manufactured products may contain variations in colour, texture, pattern, grain, finish, or appearance. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

15. Customer-Supplied Materials

If the customer provides materials, fixtures, appliances, fittings, or other items for installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring that such items are suitable and available when required.

Services Walay is not responsible for manufacturing defects, incompatibility, incorrect dimensions, missing components, or defects in customer-supplied materials.

Additional labour or work resulting from unsuitable or defective customer-supplied materials may incur additional charges.

16. Existing Structures and Hidden Conditions

Renovation and construction work may reveal conditions that cannot reasonably be identified during the initial inspection.

These may include:

  • Hidden water damage

  • Electrical problems

  • Structural weaknesses

  • Plumbing issues

  • Dampness

  • Termite or pest damage

  • Concealed pipes or wiring

  • Uneven surfaces

  • Previous construction defects

Where such conditions require additional work, materials, or time, the customer may be responsible for the resulting additional costs.

17. Customer Approvals and Decisions

Customers are responsible for providing timely decisions and approvals relating to designs, colours, materials, layouts, fixtures, finishes, and other project details.

Delays in receiving required approvals or information may result in changes to the project schedule.

Services Walay cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customer decisions, unavailable information, or delayed approvals.

18. Payments

Project payment terms will be communicated as part of the quotation, proposal, agreement, or other project documentation.

Depending on the project, payment may be required in stages or according to agreed milestones.

The customer agrees to make payments within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension, delay, or cancellation of work.

19. On-Site Payment

Where a service or project requires payment on-site, the customer is responsible for making the applicable payment through the payment method agreed with Services Walay.

Site visit fees, project payments, material costs, or other applicable charges will be communicated to the customer as appropriate.

20. Third-Party Services and Suppliers

Some projects may involve third-party suppliers, manufacturers, technicians, specialists, or service providers.

Where third-party products or services are used, their availability, warranties, specifications, and performance may be subject to the respective provider’s terms.

Services Walay will make reasonable efforts to coordinate third-party involvement where it forms part of the agreed project scope.

21. Workmanship and Defects

Services Walay aims to provide professional workmanship and complete projects according to the agreed scope and specifications.

If a customer identifies an issue that they reasonably believe is related to workmanship, they should notify Services Walay promptly.

Any applicable correction, repair, or warranty will be assessed based on the nature of the issue, the agreed scope, materials used, and applicable project terms.

Issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, customer-supplied materials, or external causes may not be covered.

22. Photographs, Videos and Portfolio

Services Walay may photograph or record completed projects for documentation, portfolio, website, advertising, social media, or marketing purposes.

Where customer privacy or property-identifying information is involved, reasonable care will be taken to avoid unnecessarily displaying personal information.

If specific restrictions regarding photography or publication have been agreed with a customer, those restrictions will be respected where applicable.

23. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the Services Walay website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, branding, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Services Walay.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission.

24. Customer-Submitted Content

If customers submit photographs, videos, descriptions, documents, measurements, or other information through our website or communication channels, they confirm that they have the right to provide such material.

Customers should not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested service.

We may use submitted information to assess requirements, prepare quotations, communicate with the customer, and provide requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

25. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Services Walay website available and functional; however, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Advertising and analytics activities are subject to our Privacy Policy and the applicable policies of the respective third-party platforms.

29. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While Services Walay aims to deliver high-quality work according to the agreed scope, we cannot guarantee that a particular design, appearance, result, cost, timeline, or outcome will be achieved in every project.

Project outcomes can be affected by property conditions, materials, customer requirements, environmental conditions, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Services Walay will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Where a project-specific agreement contains additional terms regarding liability, warranties, payments, or responsibilities, those terms may apply to the relevant project.

Where possible, we will communicate significant delays and work with the customer to determine a reasonable solution.

32. Cancellation of Projects

Either party may request cancellation of a project, subject to any agreed project terms.

If a project is cancelled after materials have been purchased, work has commenced, or third-party services have been arranged, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Any refund or outstanding payment will be determined according to the agreed quotation, project agreement, and applicable law.

33. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact Services Walay directly if they have concerns regarding a service, booking, quotation, workmanship, or project.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue and reach a practical resolution.
